Uwe Boll has a new video game and he’s “happy” with it

If it weren’t for various online sources, one wouldn’t know that the video above has anything to do with journalist-pummeling director Uwe Boll. Apparently, Boll is directing an upcoming war film titled 1968 Tunnel Rats, and the clip you’re watching is the FPS based on the movie.

Controls for Resistance: Retribution demonstrated

PlayStation 3 owners aren’t the only ones who’d get a chance to shoot up some Chimeras with the arrival of Resistance 2 on the Blu-ray console later this year. The pint-sized PSP is also getting some alien-busting action with Resistance: Retribution, a third-person shooter that’s slated to hit store shelves in spring 2009.

Surviving in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare’s online multiplayer isn’t just a matter of skill, or how quick you can pull the trigger. It’s all about being at the right place at the right time. Modder unlocks original Call of Duty 4 training mission

YouTube is home to the oddest videos this side of the Internet. The above clip for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is just one of those oddities. Why is it odd? Because the FNG mission that you get to watch isn’t the same one you’ll experience when you play the game.

Left 4 Dead looks like a killer

I have a confession to make. The video you see above is my first peek of Left 4 Dead, Valve Software’s upcoming survival horror FPS. To keep the engine from looking dated, Valve added several post-processing effects like color correction, film grain, and vignetting. And as you can see, the Source engine is looking alive […]

Far Cry 2 map editor shows the big picture

Far Cry 2 is coming with a map editor, but it’s not your ordinary map editor. Normally, such editors, especially those for first-person shooters, are a tad unwieldy. And usually, map editors are released for PC versions of multiplatform games because the console editions don’t have the necessary peripherals (i.e. keyboards and mice) […]
